Property License Applications
We have developed a unique, hassle-free service to help you obtain the correct licence for your property.
We will send you a property fact sheet which will ask you for certain information required to complete the application form. If needed, we may arrange a convenient date to inspect your property for an extra fee.
If you do not have a floorplan, we can prepare one for you for an extra fee.
Our service doesn’t stop there. You can contact us for advice or any questions you may have by email or telephone throughout the process.

Drone Survey's
Our pilots are fully certified by the Civil Aviation Authority to conduct drone surveys in even the most congested areas. With the ability to rapidly cover large areas and access hard-to-reach locations, ANO can provide clients with a range of Aerial Surveying and Inspection Services by using advanced drone technology across the property, construction and agriculture markets.

Housing Health and Safety Inspections
The Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) is the main enforcement tool used by local councils to address poor conditions in private rented homes. The powers, introduced under Part I of the Housing Act 2004, provide a mechanism for assessing the likelihood of serious harm and the range of health outcomes when considering 29 separate hazards in residential accommodation. For serious Category 1 Hazards, councils are required to take some form of action. For less serious Category 2 Hazards, councils have discretion as to whether any intervention is needed.
For a fixed fee we will inspect your property under HHSRS aswell as the Housing Act 2004 Parts 1-4, HMO Managmeant Regulations and License Conditions. Afterwards, a report and any recommendations will be provided. Our consultants are all HHSRS compliant, have direct experience working with local authorities across the UK and routinely carry out inspections on their behalf.
This service is for landlords that want an inspection for their license application or disagree with the rating given by the council, or for tenants that wish to show the hazards within the property and are in dispute with the landlord.
