Our professional drone surveys provide accurate and comprehensive assessments of properties, allowing you to identify issues and make informed decisions about maintenance, repairs, and development. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, also known as UAVs, excel at rapidly acquiring data from vantage points inaccessible to humans.

When surveying challenging terrain, drones make it no longer necessary for human operators to physically access and measure points in hazardous or difficult-to-reach locations. Additionally, while traditional surveying methods require meticulous measurement, preparation and planning, drones can capture comparable data in dramatically shorter timeframes.

PROPERTY LICENSING WITHIN THE LONDON AREA: WE OFFER A FIXED-PRICE SERVICE FOR HANDLING YOUR LICENCE APPLICATION FROM START TO FINISH

Discounts will be applied when more than 5 properties require a license - price will be discussed upon application

Fees below will include a Housing Health and Safety Inspection and report (HHSRS) with a schedule of works (if necessary) ensuring all of the council requirements are met before an application is submitted.

Mandatory HMO license application, up to six occupants (excluding the council's licence application fee): £600

Additional (excluding the council's license application fee): £500

HMOs with 7 or more occupants and section 257 HMOs: Price on application

Selective license application (excluding the council's license application fee): £400



*This price does not include any certificates required for the license application i.e. Gas Safety, EICR. if you do not have these we can assist in getting these for an extra fee. Please note our fees are non-refundable and council license fees will differ by authority.
